People Manager

You are in a people manager role, you reached this role after some years of experience, either in the same company you are working for years or in a new company that was searching for new blood. Although you had a proper induction process and manage ok the methodologies and processes a manager should do in your company, you are not yet comfortable with the people you manage and look for practical ideas on how to better organise yourself in order to also be a people-person and also a great manager.
